It is very powerful and has amazing benefits for your body. Nigella Sativa helps condition dry hair, asthma, allergies, digestion, eczema, psoriasis, candida, fungus, cancers (thymoquinone helps induce apoptosis), heart health, skin, and much more! There are several other natural ingredients such as, inostol, choline, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Folate, Pantothenic acid, Zinc, Biotin, and silica in these vitamins. Directions:
