Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If it is within 14 days since your purchase and you need to return an item for any reason, please email us at team@naturalisticproducts.co.uk

We’ll verify the return details, and send you a link to either Royal Mail or Inpost’s website to generate your return label or QR Code. Simply complete the returns form, wrap up your item and drop your item off at your selected location or arrange for a collection with Royal Mail.

Returns are charged at £3.99. To charge, we will refund you the full amount of your due refund, less £3.99, the cost of using the returns service. If you return your order and pay for your own postage you will not be charged £3.99.

Should you be a non UK customer or don’t have a post office or Inpost locker near you, please use your local postage service. We would always advise using some form of tracked service. The returns address will be provided by our team.

Your item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging in order for a refund to be processed. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted. Naturalistic Products aren't liable for your item while it is in transit back to us. Returns can take up to 10 days to be received and processed at our returns department. If you have not received your return confirmation within this timescale, please contact us no later than 10 days after the return was made, providing full information including your tracking details, to allow us to look into this further. Please note, if this information is provided to us after 10 days, we might not be able to look into this further. Naturalistic Products will not be responsible for the cost of returned items.

Unable to collect parcel

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, for example if you have not been at the delivery address when delivery was attempted or you have been unable to collect it form the post office where it has been held we will advise you via email when we receive it. We will offer two options, either send it back to you after you have paid the postage, or refund you the price of the products. For both options an admin fee of £5 will be charged. If we do not receive a response within three days we will automatically refund you. 

Faulty, Damaged or missing goods

We sincerely apologise if you have received your item and it is faulty or has been damaged in transit or if there is an item missing from your order. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take pictures of the condition the parcel arrived in, as well as of the damage and leaks. Please forward them to us at team@naturalisticproducts.co.uk and we will advise you of the next steps. Without pictures of the package we are unable to investigate. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
